What you need
Ingredients
- 1 can or pouch SWAD Paneer Tikka Masala (ready-to-eat)
- 2–3 tbsp water (optional, to loosen the gravy)
- 1–2 tbsp fresh cream (optional, to finish)
- Fresh coriander leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Naan, roti or steamed rice (to serve)
Method
How to make it
Open the can or pouch and empty the contents into a pan.
Warm over a low to medium flame for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally; add a little water if you prefer a thinner gravy.
Once the gravy is hot through and just beginning to bubble, switch off the flame.
Swirl in the fresh cream and scatter the chopped coriander over the top.
Serve hot with naan, roti or steamed rice.
