- 1 can SWAD Ready-to-Eat curry (any variety)
- 2–3 tbsp water (optional, to loosen the gravy)
- Fresh coriander leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Steamed rice, roti or naan (to serve)
Method
How to make it
Open the SWAD Ready-to-Eat can and empty the contents into a pan.
Warm over a low to medium flame, adding a little water if you prefer a thinner gravy.
Cover and heat for 3–5 minutes, until the curry is hot through, then stir once more.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with steamed rice, roti or naan.
