What you need

Ingredients

  • SWAD Basmati Rice โ€“ 1 cup
  • Water โ€“ 2 cups
  • SWAD Biryani Curry Paste โ€“ 2 tbsp
  • Oil/Ghee โ€“ 1 tbsp
  • Salt โ€“ to taste
  • Fresh Mint leaves and Peas โ€“ for garnish
Method

How to make it

Boil SWAD Basmati Rice in water with a pinch of salt until 90% cooked. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat oil/ghee and sautรฉ SWAD Biryani Curry Paste for 1โ€“2 minutes.

Add the cooked rice, mix gently, and cover for 5 minutes on low flame.

Garnish with Mint leaves and Peas and serve hot with raita or pickle.
