What you need
Ingredients
- SWAD Balti Curry Paste – 2 tbsp
- Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, capsicum, cauliflower, peas, Broccoli) – 2 cups (chopped)
- Onion – 1 medium, sliced
- Tomato – 1 large, chopped
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Method
How to make it
Heat oil in a wok/pan, sauté onion until golden.
Add tomato and cook until soft.
Stir in SWAD Balti Curry Paste and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables, sprinkle salt, and stir well.
Add ¼ cup water, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes until veggies are tender but crisp.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
