Ingredients

  • SWAD Goan Curry Cooking Sauce – 200 g

  • Fish pieces (pomfret / kingfish / surmai) – 250 g

  • Oil – 1 tbsp

  • Onion (sliced, optional) – ½ cup

  • Coconut milk (optional, for richer taste) – 2 tbsp

  • Curry leaves – few

  • Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and sliced onion (optional). Sauté for 2 minutes.

  • Add fish pieces and lightly cook for 2–3 minutes.

  • Pour SWAD Goan Curry Cooking Sauce, mix gently, and simmer for 6–8 minutes.

  • Add coconut milk (optional) and cook for 1 more minute.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander.

  • Serve hot with steamed rice or appam.
