SWAD Goan Curry Cooking Sauce – 200 g
Fish pieces (pomfret / kingfish / surmai) – 250 g
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onion (sliced, optional) – ½ cup
Coconut milk (optional, for richer taste) – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – few
Fresh coriander – for garnish
Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and sliced onion (optional). Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add fish pieces and lightly cook for 2–3 minutes.
Pour SWAD Goan Curry Cooking Sauce, mix gently, and simmer for 6–8 minutes.
Add coconut milk (optional) and cook for 1 more minute.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve hot with steamed rice or appam.
