• SWAD Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce – 1 pack
• Boneless chicken (cut into cubes) – 250 g
• Oil or butter – 1 tbsp
• Fresh cream – 1 tbsp (for finishing)
• Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
Heat oil/butter in a pan and sauté chicken pieces until lightly golden.
Add SWAD Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce, mix well, and simmer for 6-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in fresh cream and cook for 2 more minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with SWAD Basmati Rice or naan.
